Description
“Mystery Colour” means that it is a colour that didn’t come out as expected. It is often caused by the transition from one colour to another in our filament extrusion machine. Some Mystery Colour spools are also the result of colour trials. This silk rPLA prints with a shimmering and glossy finish, and is indistinguishable from virgin (new) material. It is made from 90 % recycled PLA, and 10 % magic (OK, it isn’t really magic, but a blend of polymers such as TPU and PETG to get the shimmering effect). The recycled PLA is post-industrial waste from the manufacturing of food packaging, and from other recycled sources.
